Is there any paper testing/examining the ASIC resistance? Last time I checked there was barely anything and seems something interesting and easy for the hardware peeps

with the current state of the global economy there wouldn't be much to write. with existing supply chain issues and chipmaking bottlenecks, the cost to design and build a RandomX ASIC is prohibitive.

if/when we get out from under global pandemics, war in europe, etc., the equation might change
