this is really interesting, could be a good L2 option for Monero

At first glance it is ambiguous what the tech actually is

From what I can tell it relies on OP_CTV, which is basically a means to lock in the transaction that can spend an enote before that enote is added to a tx.

There also seems to be a heavy reliance on bitcoin scripting capabilities beyond just OP_CTV. It would help if someone who understands those things could distill exactly what consensus logic is required.
