bulletproof get_exponent / generators being H_p(keccak(data)) when H_p already does keccak inside got me stumped for a couple of hours replicating the values

also, called bulletproofs/bulletproofs_plus but the generator prefix is bulletproof/bulletproof_plus (singular)

also varint instead of usual fixed-length uint64

many up-my-sleeve choice bits, given it's 1024 iterations :D

it just strikes me as odd, anyhow. I can replicate these now so it's all good :)
