<rucknium> I don't know if it would realistically work because you're attacking your counterparties. Those counterparties don't have the best record of holding up their end of the bargain even in the absence of a deep BTC reorg.

<rucknium> You're saying "pay me in fiat after I deep reorg BTC". AFAIK, most double-spend attacks on PoW chains have involved withdrawing other cryptocurrencies, not fiat. Electronic fiat transactions are reversible.
