DataHoarderI don't think AI ads for your own projects are allowed here
-
DataHoarderpaid, too, not open source
-
br-m<bikrambiswas:matrix.org> DataHoarder: It was free...It was just a Scraper..i built it. Just a minor tool
-
DataHoarderthis is not the space for it.
-
DataHoarderit is not free (it has pricing). it is not a scraper (you use AI to generate slop from papers?). you did not build it (AI did).
-
br-m<bikrambiswas:matrix.org> I put all the privacy research papers from 1991 to 2025 in 1 place like the 2015 paper on Ring signature, Triptych paper..all was there ..and Pricing was optional.. people can select and try it for free.
-
br-m<bikrambiswas:matrix.org> I can share the CSV ..So you don't need to use that ..

br-m<bikrambiswas:matrix.org> DataHoarder: Yeah...but we are living in an era .. where humans are getting replaced by them ..I understand your sentiment.
-
br-m<datahoarder> @bikrambiswas:matrix.org: so you understand what you have done/built, then it's not you who made it. again, not the space for AI ads in this group
-
br-m<bikrambiswas:matrix.org> @datahoarder: I know man..But my opinion is totally optimistic here .. Don't know what in the future is awaiting...You know..In the military when you get trained..Officers used to say ..not knowing your enemy is a huge threat. You have to know the enemy..his weakness before the fight.

DataHoarderI was pondering about to post that one here or not :)
-
DataHoarderlooks at selfish mining onto Bitcoin as an attack on exchanges and derivative markets
-
br-m<rucknium> I don't know if it would realistically work because you're attacking your counterparties. Those counterparties don't have the best record of holding up their end of the bargain even in the absence of a deep BTC reorg.
-
br-m<reuben:firo.org> Happy new year everyone
-
br-m<rucknium> You're saying "pay me in fiat after I deep reorg BTC". AFAIK, most double-spend attacks on PoW chains have involved withdrawing other cryptocurrencies, not fiat. Electronic fiat transactions are reversible.
-
br-m<rucknium> I am looking forward to another bovine New Year's Eve rant :)
-
br-m<gingeropolous> bah. monerod's various random sources are gonna make monersim non-deterministic
-
br-m<gingeropolous> i guess it'll have to be monte cristo
