DataHoarder> <chaser> does/could Carrot do away with the issue that the tx_extra betrays (via ADDITIONAL_PUBKEYS) when a multi-out transaction involves at least one subaddress?
-
DataHoarderit now will have different ADDITIONAL_PUBKEYS too if multiple addresses (even main addresses) are used due to improved design, there is just one special case if there is just one address involved *at all*
-
br-m<ofrnxmr:xmr.mx> DataHoarder: Wdym by "one address involved at all"
-
DataHoardermore than one*
-
DataHoarderfor example in p2pool test migration one additional pubkey per output is emitted, even when all addresses there are main addresses

br-m<ofrnxmr:xmr.mx> Just a little bit, it seems ccs.getmonero.org/funding-required
-
br-m<chaser> DataHoarder: got it, thanks. this is a small but important step toward transaction uniformity.

br-m<sgp_> TL;DR: there was a minor suggestion but we don't need to follow it and they agreed that was reasonable for Monero's safe use

br-m<sauer_ninja:matrix.org> @sgp_: Thanks for monitoring the situation and offering clarification when needed
