binaryFateErCiccione: ok let me know when there is something to put up. I'm not sure we need a jekyll page at all, hosting the html page directly as a static resource could be fine
-
ErCiccione<binaryFate> "ErC: ok let me know when there..." <- Will do. I've been thinking about it in these days. The page as it is needs to be updated and it's not not mobile friendly, so it needs a bit of work. I think the most important thing is to keep it self-contained, so that people can easily download it and use it locally
-
binaryFatealso maybe the html served should be the exact same as the one you get on the github repo? I don't know if using jekyll would change something or not
-
plowsof11less painful to just host as-is and link to it i think (giving the same functionality as before except no risks of new ownership)
-
ErCiccioneYeah we can add an html page to jekyll. We can keep all its css and scripts self ckntained
-
ErCiccioneWe also needs to decide if we want to keep it monero-only
-
ErCiccioneSo remove aeon and townforge
-
ErCiccioneBut i would definitely add it to the repo unless there is a reason not to
-
binaryFateno problem to leave aeon and townforge IMO, since it was written with those and neither is identified as a scam
-
ErCiccioneno problem for me either
-
ofrnxmr[m]Assuming we still keep a link to the zip file, np
-
ErCiccioneShould we make it multi-lingual?
-
ErCiccioneit would take a bit more effort and we might have it translated in only few languages, but would be good to have it available to non-english speakers
-
ErCiccionewhatever people prefer is fine for me
