Here github.com/monero-project/monero-gui/releases/tag/v0.18.3.1 "macOS, ARM" is same link as "macOS, Intel" and here getmonero.org/downloads "macOS, ARM" throws "404 Not Found".

we will update the release notes and add the redirect so that it doesn't show 404 not found
