tor link for the ccs is in progress. because of the setup / involvement of docker containers its a bit more convoluted, but it's getting there. a random tor url will come first as thats the most straight forward

The docker things sounds weird. We have an onion already. its already pointed at getmonero. If you try to use the existing onion with repo.getmonero, it gets redirected to the "default" nginx config page
