making a usable po4a/weblate workflow update: with this PR, every user-guide/moneropedia entry po4a runs on has its own commit, which can be edited to fix/remove any issues -> po4a then works its magic again -> pull request gets updated. after ironing out some more small detials, ill be ready to either learn how to host my own weblate or ask 'wen'
