plowsofthe front end repo is not updated - it's not the live version of the ccs. the backend is also unmaintained - at this point we just build around its quirks. "don't end your proposal in a number because it'll bork when it goes into the wip/completed page ccs.getmonero.org/proposals/selsta-11.html , so end in a letter instead
