<r​ucknium:monero.social> A while ago I asked in an MRL meeting if people would be OK with me updating the `research-lab` README, to bring it up to date. IIRC, people said it would be OK, but then I didn't end up making changes. I want to revive the MRL Research Bulletin series. It would make sense to create those new bulletins in the repo. And this PR will probably be placed in `research-lab`: git<clipped message>
