it's not from cloudflare, it's from our CDN. They have made that change unilaterally and I can't find anything in any setting explaining this. I have contacted them

in the meantime you can curl web.getmonero.org

do workflows have to be manually enabled for the beta branch? i assumed they would just run monero-project/monero-site #2597
