orly_owl: The penalty is thirty minutes, added to the 24 hours you were already supposed to wait, for a total of 25 hours (which doesn't add up, especially when it had already been an hour before you incurred the penalty, so I'm not sure what's up with that).

orly_owl: The commands "beg" and "faucet" are the same thing, basically, so when it told you to wait 24 hours after you used faucet, and you tried again with beg in about an hour, you incurred a penalty.
