  I am running xmrig with: ./xmrig -o xmrpool.eu:9999 -u MY_ADDRESS+rig1 -k --tls , but in minexmr.com/dashboard it says: no workers found

  Not any with > 25% hash rate. Not minergate. One among the half dozen others that have the highest hash rate so you dont have to wait forever.

  IIRC minexmr is the largest one, so bad idea to mine here.

  Yhere are 720 monero blocks a day, so a pool with 1% of the hash rate should find several blocks a day already.
