@selsta right... ok, so, it was possible to do atomic swaps via the web ui, but now not and this could look like extortion.. i will ask (im sure i remember a reason why that seemed valid but i can't remember right now)

is testnet XMR that important?

It's helpful for testing at scale (ie, before forks).

My testnet daemon currently logs all txs to console. With one glance I see that we had 3 txs in the last 14 hours.
