I am trying to install monerod in freebsd jail, a quick pkg search finds monero-cli but no monerod. does installing the monero-cli wallet install the monerod service?

I installed monero-cli via pkg on freebsd. I have not been able to find a monerod.conf anywhere on the system with 'find / -iname "monerod.conf"' So if I make one and stick it somewhere, where in the startup scipts do I reference this conf file?
