how big is a block? waiting for my wallet to sync over tor and just wondering if i need to sync my wallet a faster way if the blockchain is increasing faster than i'm downloading

Hello everyone, I have an ipv6 enabled vps. I run a public monero rpc server on it, but I cannot get monerod to "bind" to ipv6. The vps has no firewall and I confirmed other applications can bind to ipv6. Here is my start sh file I use for monerod: paste.gg/p/anonymous/ee085167e92047…5af93e8f61b4e948f864ad7511866ff/raw . Does anyone know why monerod isnt binding? Thanks!
