It's basically outlining that we insert less efficient range proofs in order to reduce scalability, the purpose being that adversarial parties like Chainalysis will become confused as to our purposes, focusing their efforts on more worthy parties like MoneroV and Karbowenec

Advice on how to proceed?

My motivation in undertaking this research has essentially been avoiding the fate of similar cryptonote coins like Moneta Verde and Boolberry that at the time of their delisting had extremely small Blockchain sizes. Eg: I think Moneta Verde was under 0.5GiB, so you can see the urgency of this situation

let's brainstorm some more... I have a mechanism for making all txns on the blockchain only 64bytes long.

all of the txn details are stored on individual nodes. the blockchain record only contains the IP address and port of the owning node (4 byte addr + 2 byte port)

and a hash of the specific txn record on that node
