  the "normal" way is to sell your Monero on an exchange and withdraw fiat to your bank account. Then the exchange will know that you sold Monero, and the bank will know that you got money from a crypto exchange.

  some banks in England will refuse fiat payments to/from exchanges, so make sure you're with one that allows it
