It depends on the details, on what you call "privacy" exactly, also what you call "my". It's complicated unfortunately.

I mean "it's complicated". If you are interested, AFAIK it's explained in the "Breaking Monero" video series.

It's basically a probabilistic guess, based on the fact that with many millions of outputs existing, hte likelihood of two of yours being in a single tx is fairly small.

Likelihood of 3, smaller even. etc.

I use "yours" loosely here.
