Tbh it does depend on where you are there. I do sometimes get Telegram spam but very rarely, same for Whatsapp for mom. Wish I could stay out of there...

i got signal spam this morning

Some spam was from accounts of people I know getting hacked. One classmate was a victim of that and his account stays deleted now.

I wonder how hard it is to restore such an account compared to, say, Whatsapp.
