Question, does xmrig have their own irc or discord? I'm compiling xmrig from source and finding that install and make steps do not work or appear to be present in the code.

I meant test not make, and then also install. These two lines are their respective errors.

What OS? I don't remember anything about XMRig using ninja. It uses CMake

attempting to package (unofficially) for void, they use build scripts etc for things like cmake

ninja appears to be a command used in the cmake ecosystem
