<torir:matrix.org> Purse.io used to offer this exact service but for Bitcoin. They've unfortunately shut down. You could even purchase with a discount since the service could be used to extract Amazon gift card balance from your Amazon account (which is otherwise impossible to liquidate). I imagine the service was probably also used by scammers [... too long, see mrelay.p2pool.observer/e/pMX369IKWkM3MGZS ]
