So why is p2pool reporting found blocks but claiming there are no shares in p2pool windows? It looks like some kind of scam to me, just hacking my hardware for the amusement of others.

those shares are just due to dynamic diff on your local side

p2pool network difficulty is higher, and xmrig doesn't see these
