br-m<jpk68:matrix.org> Thanks so much :))

br-m<jpk68:matrix.org> While we're at it, does anyone have opinions on the sccache thing? I propose replacing the module with something like this, linked below
-
br-m<jpk68:matrix.org> paste.debian.net/hidden/8c181ac5
-
br-m<jpk68:matrix.org> This will get rid of the manual CMake module, and also support build caching for the Rust libraries. I might be a bit off, but from what I have tested so far, it decreases the build time by around 50%. I'm just not sure whether to make this PR to the main repo or seraphis-migration
-
selstai'm fine with adding sccache
-
br-m<jpk68:matrix.org> In master?
-
br-m<jpk68:matrix.org> If so, is it fine to add the rustc envar now, or does it have to wait?
-
selstamaybe comment it out for now with a comment to uncomment once rust support is added?
-
selstanot sure
-
br-m<jpk68:matrix.org> Yeah, I was thinking of that too. Sounds good
-
br-m<jpk68:matrix.org> That's what I'll likely do then
-
br-m<jpk68:matrix.org> Done. paste.debian.net/hidden/bdda9e92
-
br-m<jpk68:matrix.org> I can also change the docs if necessary, to suggest sccache since it covers more surface area, but maybe that can be done later (?)
-
selstajpk68: is the patch rebased against latest master?
-
br-m<jpk68:matrix.org> I think so, at least it was an hour or two ago
-
selstayep i had a local diff
