How long is a piece of string? it depends on alot of factors, there are profitability calculators online though where you can input your cpu and cost of electricity for an estimate

Yes, it's based on hash rate for 'randomX' algorithm which monero uses... im going to guess you will make 10 cents or less in 13 hours

It's probably not worth buying hardware for, but if you already have hardware and your electricity is cheap (or free) it's worth it.
