8. A fake SAF Department of Justice hack is announced (that serves as a charade to justify way more than Cheeky's release, a "multiple birds with one stone" kind of thing) as to justify dropping the ball while allowing SAF government to kind of save face

9. USA got themselves valuable info to prosecute other people, and a priceless informant for the future. SAF gets a treat down the road. Cheeky gets released and eventually gets a reduced sentence, that's still tbd

No, they are different, but still appear to share a counterproductive interest in destabilizing and fragmenting Monero communities... despite that they sometimes have good ideas and if they would concentrate on these ideas instead of ad hominems against others, they could really help Monero.
