is there a monero wallet gui in any of fedora, debian or ubuntus repositories? i can't seem to find any; the `monero` package in debian repo includes `monero-wallet-cli` (amongst other utilities), but not a gui sadly.

mib: debian repos move too slowly for a pkg like monero, even bitcoin is too fast for debian unstable

the developer of whonix maintains a deb repo though: ccs.getmonero.org/proposals/adrelanos-debian-package.html

IIRC it includes the gui and cli

basically a bot that stores a wallets view key

ooh, reminds me of the monerochan.art wishlist thingy

lists a bunch of features/items to be funded, and when each one gets tapped it reveals the subaddress plus amount donated to that sub + total required for that item

seems fairly straightforward, you'd just need an instance of monerod running to keep track of the funding

neetpill: I believe that the art wishlist is just an earlier version of plowsof 's WaaS

WaaS uses remote nodes, so you don't need your own node running.

r4v4r23 most/all of these donation things are --tx-notify launch flag for your rpc wallet (which passes the tx id to a script of your choosing) then -> get_transfer_by_txid (related: the getmonero docs for this are missing the 'destinations; list, which ive added a PR for)
