i have problem i send xmr from feather wallet to tradeogte

yesterday sended and stil not resived

and also in my monero GUI wallet my XMR balance is 0

and if i load it with my seeds on feather wallet , then my balance is ok ...

sombody can helo me pls

try to past your transaction id on this site and see how many confirmations it has xmrchain.net

do you run your own monero node or connect to remote node?

which is not updated

connect to an updated node, or better run your own node

so how i see wich node is updated

and rescan the wallet

you'll see your XMR back in the wallet

which node is updated <- YOUR node

You have 25 xmr incentive to understand :P

You can switch to your own node in GUI wallet

Settings -> node -> local node

if you really can't run a node, choose one from this list monero.fail and follow the guide getmonero.org/resources/user-guides/remote_node_gui.html

That's correct assuming they're the providers/third party, didn't do my due diligence my bad. I understand this would probably be a question for them in that case, but weren't sure if you had any experience
