I didn't outline them in the proposal, so as far as I know it just goes to the general fund as outlined by the rules.

nioc 1 month seems ambitious (under the current timescales) but the monero-seed signer proposal took 1-2 weeks of actual brainstorming spread out over a period of 6+ months, we can definitely improve upon condensing the 'back and forth' times
