Strangely the 'real' bridge on OFTC works. It also allows DM's irc<->matrix

plowsof: the libera operators asked them to take it down due to security and performance issues, OFTC ops didn't seem to care so far

Libera mailed saying that they have reinstated it but it was due to spam related from Matrix rooms

it might happen again as they are developing some solutions to deal with other spam happening in IRC atm
