You can use soju from the same author as the bouncer. They are very compatible and developed together

What's the error you get when you try znc with goguma

I tried goguma with znc today but it didn't like my self signed cert. I'll try with a proper one later.

They are written in go. You'll probably just need to run a "go get blabla" to install it. After installing golang from apt ofc.

This is one time you don't need to know how to compile in order to compile it :)

@shortwavesurfer2009:monero.social : there are 3 soju related binaries you need. after installing go with apt you can use these 3 commands to compile all 3 binaries automagically :

go install git.sr.ht/~emersion/soju/cmd/soju@latest

go install git.sr.ht/~emersion/soju/cmd/sojuctl@latest

go install git.sr.ht/~emersion/soju/cmd/sojudb@latest

after these commands you can find soju binaries in your home directory /home/user/go/bin/
