I proud myself about being realistic most of the time :) And I think I understand the psychology governing the current situation: For years there has been one grandiose claim after the other how somebody will "attack", "deanymize", "take over" Monero after the other, *always* without some real result. Switching gears now, after all those years, is difficult.
