I archived it. There is no pin, not sure why it remains in "Popular repositories" ranking

You'd have to ask github people. But possibly someone is loading pages from it all day to stack the stats.

Also, looking at the other repos, maybe the others are just never looked at.

binaryFate thanks. If there are no pins it shows popular repositories, which i think it's number of follows, stars or something like that. I suggest to pin the main repositories, so we can cotnrol what's displayed there

main repos i would say are monero, monero-gui, research lab and meta

there is also monero-site

(if you add even one pinned repo the suggested repos should disappear. At leas that's how i remember it)

There is also rounding applied to the fees to 2 significant figures

The one change from the specification above is the ML scale factor from (2, 1/2) to (1.7 , 1/1,7) The fees were not changed

Also one can see xmrchain.net. The new min fee is ~31 micro XMR for a 1/2 tx with ~123 micro XMR for the next level a factor of 4x the same for a 2/2 tc 41 and 178 micro XMR also 4x

The fees structure works up to a scale factor for ML of 2 to address MRL issue 70 monero-project/research-lab #70 so it was not changed for the 1.7 scaling factor
