  you're probably hitting this error: "LOG_ERROR("Destinations have to have exactly one output to support encrypted payment ids");"

  Since dummy payment ids are only added for 2-out txs, there is a privacy cost if you have a payment id in a >2-out tx. Idk why it would work for non-multisig.
