m-relay_<lejeczek:matrix.org> I thought here - as opposed to "generic" support - is best to ask: in what time monero logs its things, it's not OS local time, rigth? Is getting frequent "Transaction not found in pool" a reason to worry?
-
m-relay_<lejeczek:matrix.org> Many thanks, L.
-
sech1It logs in UTC time
-
sech1No, nothing to worry about
-
m-relay_<lejeczek:matrix.org> Thanks. What "factors" (& if any which of those can by helped by end-user) contribute to "Transaction not found in pool"
-
m-relay_<lejeczek:matrix.org> ?
-
sech1Since you're asking it in -dev, I would say just check the source code around that message
-
m-relay_<lejeczek:matrix.org> You reckon end-users will know?
-
m-relay_<jeffro256:monero.social> It's an error encountered when submitting a mined block to the daemon, but the mempool is missing transactions inside your mined block. What likely happened is that someone beat you to mine that block, so the transactions are on the chain instead of the mempool. I would ask in #monero-mining if anyone has encountered that in their day-to-day
-
m-relay_<ofrnxmr:xmr.mx> p2pool submits blocks that other mined to yur node, so happens if their blocks have txs that yours doesnt
-
m-relay_<ofrnxmr:xmr.mx> (convo moved to Monero Support btw)

m-relay_<jpk68:matrix.org> Holy crap, the new Trezor protocol thing seems like an absolute doozy
-
m-relay_<jpk68:matrix.org> Its spec document is quite literally 10x longer than the legacy protocol one
