<rbrunner7> @entropyhoover:matrix.org: I think the main reason why wallet sync does not fetch data from several daemons in parallel is that nobody has implemented that, and I think it could also turn out to be quite complex to do correctly and watertight.

<tobtoht> Monero release builds are cross-compiled and participants in the reproducible builds process are expected to use a x86_64 machine, so this isn't an issue.

<tobtoht> It was possible to cross-compile from different architectures to a common target and get identical hashes using Guix before Rust was added.
