I am having an issue with getmonero wallet, I didnt received my sent monero, the wallet ID is correct. What shoud I do?

Check the tx was mined.

If it was, check the value of refresh-from-block-height, it should be <= the height of the block that tx is in.

tx has 48 confirmations

If it's the GUI you're using, that setting is something in settings, the name is probably differnet but similar.

and block height is the same

Did you intend to say "the value of refresh-from-block-height is the same as the height the tx was mined in" ?

I might confusing something, but I see 2406270 both places where the height appearing

That's the current height as of now.

If refresh-from-block-height has that, it's wrong.

It might be called somehting like wallet creation height or similar wording.

what that exactly means?

It's the height at which the wallet will start looking for outputs sent to you. It makes refreshing new wallets much faster.

It can't have 48 confirmations already if that's its height.

mib: On the receiving wallet, go to Settings -> Info -> Wallet restore height. What does it say?

Click "Change", press Ok twice. After the wallet is finished synchronizing your tx should show up.

moneromooo: For reasons unbeknownst to me transactions can get "lost" during synchronization sometimes. It's happened to me plenty of times, but I've never been able to debug it. Rescanning will get it to show up if that is what happened.

If it happened plenty of times, send a level 2 log of it next time you get it with one.

I'm thinking about just writing a script that continously rescans a large wallet until it finds an inconsistency.

The usual cadence for this issue is once every 1-2 months and I send a lot of transactions.
