Hi, I'm reaching out for help on a recreated wallet showing zero balance and zero transactions. I created this wallet about 2 years ago, using a Ledger Nano S to create my keys, then creating a Wallet from Hardware using Monero GUI. I last opened this wallet about 18 months ago - and I could see my monero and transactions. I recently tried to recreate this wallet (had to update my Ledger Live Nano S and use the new Ledger Live). The

wallet is recreated using the keys on my Ledger Nano S - but it shows zero transactions and balance. I know for sure that the wallet was accessible 18 months ago, with Monero and Transactions - but they are not displaying. I'm usign Windows 10 home 64bit. Any suggestions?

go to Settings -> Info, which "wallet restore height" is set there?

ok, you have to set a wallet restore height / date during restore, otherwise it will skip all your old transaction

ah, thanks - I guess the date will be when I purchased the Ledger. But what is restore height (this was 2 years ago I bought it)

How can I figure that out?

Will it work if I recreate a wallet with date only?

mandy99[m]: Just select a block before 2yrs or so

Go to Main menu -> Create a new wallet from hardware -> Restore a wallet from device -> Enter `2018-01-01` and then go through all the steps.

Or put zero and it will scan entire blockchain

Can you point me to a site to figure that out? This has just sat for 2 years
