epochs-bulletin: is your system able to detect the ledger when you have Ledger-Live open (firmware up to date of the ledger and Monero app?) i assume yes? and have you made sure Ledger Live is closed when trying to connect to the GUI (with the ledger unlocked and Monero app open on it)
