Since I had no idea what this meant I decided to shut it down and come back on another day to wrestle with that. This afternoon I decided to take a look. I searched my Apps and found the Monero icon. m-relay_<neospal2:matrix.org> urprise the App opened and displayed options for setting it up. The "idconfig failed exit status 256" was gone. So I pinned it to my dash and now have it running on my Ubuntu. I have no idea what brought that on. By the way, the setup offers several setup options from "Simple Basic" to "Advanced with the block chain download" even though I am a Beginner I am considering set it up <clipped message>
