Out of curiosity, anyone else here successfully joined xmrvsbeast's raffle but seeing 'connect error: "operation canceled"' errors where the bonus hashrate isn't applied? It's happened to me a few times now among several successful wins. Just curious of what might cause that.

Haven't won that many raffles in total, 1 time fail due my node being down

I have a friend who has won it a few times too with none of those errors. The fact that I've also won without issue here and there tells me that it's not a config issue so was just curious of if anyone else has seen that error or has any insight

When it failed with your node down, did it give you a more descriptive error?

you could try and re-register/update for it - it will try and connect to your node again and let you know if it works

Thanks for the suggestion. I did try that a bit ago and it updated without issue showing "Registered"

Other 6 times were successful.

right your p2pool log, earlier one i mentioned was from xmrvsbeast site

I'll check my p2pool log and see if there are more details there

lol. yeah, my thoughts exactly with the previous successful connections. I do have Pi-Hole running, maybe I'll check through the logs there too.. I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary in the p2pool logs

Nothing being blocked by Pi-Hole either

What's the least noisy block level that will still output found shares, sech1?

I use that to get alerts when I find shares, but don't need the rest except for troubleshooting so want to start dropping the level down to cut down on log spam.

share found messages are printed always

they're at level 0, you can just check the code
