gonbatfire[m]hello! I'm mining with multiple PCs pointed to my main one running p2pool & xmrig in my local network
-
gonbatfire[m]is there a way to see my combined hashrate? maybe in xmrig?
-
ofrnxmr[m]Use xmrig-proxy
-
ofrnxmr[m]Xmrig a/b/c > xmrig-proxy + custom difficulty stats enabled > p2pool
-
gonbatfire[m]So.. I tried it but because I had on my main pc xmrig (mining) + monerod + p2pool node + xmrig proxy, stuff just kept conflicting with each other
-
gonbatfire[m]BUT, check this out, you can type "workers" into p2pool
-
» gonbatfire[m] uploaded an image: (19KiB) <libera.ems.host/_matrix/media/r0/do…/ElqcIlyYSXmfIwpabWZwwgIf/image.png>
-
gonbatfire[m]So I can just point my machines to my p2pool node, and it just works, nice, thank you anyway! appreciate it
-
ofrnxmr[m]Xmrig proxy, change bind port to something that isnt 3333
-
ofrnxmr[m]Xmrig pool address 127.0.0.1:4444 >> Xmrigproxy bind 0.0.0.0:4444 , pool address 127.0.0.1:3333 >> p2pool stratum 0.0.0.0:3333
-
gonbatfire[m]ohh I was missing the p2pool stratum part lol
-
gonbatfire[m]haha thanks!
-
ofrnxmr[m]
-
ofrnxmr[m]For xmrig proxy
-
ofrnxmr[m]Change 3333 to 4444
-
gonbatfire[m]yeah, and then workers connect to MainPC.Local.IP:4444
-
ofrnxmr[m]Yeah
-
ofrnxmr[m](Or, tp keep it simple)
-
ofrnxmr[m]You can swap. Use 4444 for p2pool and 3333 for xmrig-proxy
-
ofrnxmr[m]Then you wont have to reconfig miners
-
gonbatfire[m]ah yeah makes sense
