is tx chaining TBD or DOA

i remember there was talk about tx chaining and gettng around the 10 block limit

is that still on the table or was it deemed impossible

i was mainly referring to removing the 10-conf spend limit, i thought tx chaining somehow played a role

no, it only lets you give a partial tx to someone else, which spends unconfirmed funds
