undoing 5 months worth of transactions .... if the chain had any users, they'd be screaming bloody murder

at any rate, zcash is basically irrelevant. nobody on darkweb uses it, and they're the people who care the most, have the most to lose

dunno who's behind the zec attack, but IMO govts aren't going to attack monero. they see its usefulness as a tool, they'll support it just like they support tor.

i remember when they first started spamming transactions, they went to vanity-burn-wallets calling zooko a fraudster, asking for specific devs to be paid more, etc

looks like they have refined their methods and now bloat more effectively
