Correction: 1060 bytes for regular transactions, 1060 + 32*N for coinbase transactions.

Coinbase TXs do have the limit after FCMP++, FCMP_PLUS_PLUS_MAX_MINER_OUTPUTS = 10000

P2Pool v5 has a hard cap of 2700 outputs now, but it won't go much higher than 1000 outputs in most realistic scenarious. More likely 400-500 outputs even for p2pool-mini (down from ~700 outputs now)
