luigi1111 could you create a github project board on monero-site? I think it will be more convenient to use that instead of addin and removing labels on PRs. I would use it for tracking the status of pull requests (columns: Draft, To be reviewed, ready to be merged, merged). That would also avoid the need of using the merge bot, since you can just look at the column "ready to be merged" to know which PRs are ready to go.
