So, i've been looking into ways to refactor the Moneropedia to make it scalable and translatable, the best approach compatible with po4a is to basically do the same like we did with the user guides (which was the goal when we introduced po4a for the user guides). I have the theory worked out, just need to implement it. Some details will need to be worked out during the implementation, but nothing problematic.
