You can withdraw in theory, anyway. I haven't done it.

Hey. Is it normal to have two mnemonic keyphrases in which result in access to the same wallet (pub addr, view, spend) but a different hexdecimal seed?⎈

I don't think either of the software(s) use in this event use offset. I first created the wallet using openmonero (web), and restored it via monerujo. Upon restoring the wallet from the seed, I was given another seed. Both of which seeds provide access to the same wallet

I don't know enough about openmonero to say if this is normal.

In general two seeds can result in the same wallet.
