This means it's waiting for your computer to be idle.

You can control idle threshold etc, see the --help output.

Note, to be clear, this is background mining, ie mining when idle. This is not the as-fast-as-we-can mining.

Well, the hashes will be fast, but mining will yield to other tasks your computer may run.
